CS CHALLENGE:
Superheroes, do not fear change.  You must be prepared for greatness.  A this very moment, you are creating love and understanding all around you, just by intending to be good.  Be aware of your natural reactions and learn from them.  Your power is forever growing, but it is you who must decide how to use it.  Let your most uncomfortable encounters and moments be moments of awareness.  There is strength to be gained in all experience.  Be open and receptive.
